Overview

In the first three sessions of this six week Promo/Trailer course we are going to explore three different promo styles: Hard Sell, Dramatic and Soft Sell reads.

In the fourth week, we begin working on Movie Trailer Reads. We'll start with the Dramatic Trailer Read to be followed by the Comedy Trailer Read in week five. Week six will cover the Movie Reviews Trailer Read, Interstitials, EPK's and other exciting aspects of the Trailer world.

Each week you will receive six scripts and be instructed to pick one of them to read aloud twice during our session. I will direct you for your first read and critique your next read. Your second read should reflect your ability to take direction and give you an idea of what you need to work on to be better at the next session.
